Apply to be a Teacher Manager

The role of The teacher Manager will not only be to find teachers to teach online (through approval of ROE), but also to manage them and ensure they are teaching according to the school’s guidelines. A teacher manager earns 10% of whatever their teachers earn in the month (a commission-based job, without a base salary). This will be about 2 hours of work a day (plus stand-by time during class hours to ensure there are no problems with the classes), plus 2 full days at the end of each month (if you have 10 teachers).

Responsibilities:

• Find and recruit teachers to teach for Rain Online Education (after approval from the school)
• Organise classes for your teachers, using the student-application forms as submitted through the website.
• Monitor your teachers, to ensure they are providing classes with maximum enthusiasm and are following ROE’s guidelines
• To be overall responsible for your teachers and the running of their classes.
