Rain Online Education offers online English lessons for students in Vietnam. All of our teachers are based in South Africa and are native English speakers. They follow clear lesson plans designed to help you meet your goals through friendly, face-to-face online classes.

English Class Age Groups

For young learners, we provide classes of 30/ 45 minutes long, either one-on-one or in a group of up to four students. These lessons are filled with interactive games, stories and basic vocabulary. The goal of these lessons is to introduce an English-learning environment to the students, without making them feel as though we are “teaching them”. This way, they feel as though they are there to play, not to learn, and this keeps them engaged and enthusiastic. Homework is included.

*Parents are required to sit with their children in these classes.

For students in this age group, we have one-on-one classes or group classes of up to 6 students.

Accommodating all levels of English, our classes start with Level 0, where we teach basic vocabulary, concepts, grammar, etc., and progress up to Level 4, wherein students are able to have fluent conversations on any topic.

Each Level consists of 120 classes (double if you choose to study 30- or 45-minute classes). These classes are filled with educational games and story comprehensions, to ensure the children have as much fun as possible and remain engaged in the lessons, so that they always feel enthusiastic about learning. Open communication is encouraged throughout, with plenty talking time. Homework is included.

Our ‘Adult Classes’ are either one-on-one or in groups of up to 4 adults. These classes are available for students of any level of understanding, ranging from absolute beginner (A1), where we teach basic vocabulary, grammar and phrases, to Proficient (C2), wherein students are able to have fluent discussions and debates on any topic.

We have two class options: Casual Conversation or Business English, depending on your goals/reasons for studying English.

Our classes are on Google Meet, and every lesson is recorded so you can watch it again any time. Lessons follow structured plans that have been tested and refined to get the best results for students and teachers. We stay in touch through Facebook Messenger, and you’ll always have a teacher-manager or assistant available to help you, so you never feel lost or overwhelmed
