ROE Rules and Regulations

Once you have completed your Demo Class, you will decide if you would like to study. Your Level will be chosen, as well as your set Lesson Plan for your tested Level.

Should you wish to study, you will need to pay for 25% of the total fee of your lessons for your tested level and chosen class-type, before your studies may begin.

One month before you complete 25% of your lessons, you will be billed for the next 25% and will have a month to pay to continue. Should you not pay in time, your lessons will be suspended until you can pay the amount.

Our discount policy is listed below

*Discounts only apply to parents whose children have been studying for 1 month *

• If a parent has 2 children studying, they receive a 10% total discount. If 3 children, they receive a 15% total discount
• If a parent/ student acquires another student for the school, that parent/ student will receive a 15% discount for their next 30 classes, provided the child that they recruited stays for the same amount of time (If the student that they recruited leaves after only studying 10 classes, then the parent/ student who recruited them only receives a discount on 10 classes, etc.)

• 1:1 Classes:
  *If the student cannot attend class, a warning of at least 15 minutes before class time must be given (unless in the case of an unforeseen circumstance). Otherwise, the class will still be charged.
  *If the teacher cannot attend class, either a substitute teacher will be arranged, or the class will be postponed to a date agreed upon by teacher and student, or the class will continue when the teacher and students are available again.
• Group Classes:
  *If a student cannot attend class, the class will still continue. Classes are recorded, so a recording is available for the absent student to watch. The fee of the class is still counted for all students, provided the class still takes place without the absent student/s.
  *If the teacher cannot attend class, either a substitute teacher will be arranged, or the class will be postponed to a date agreed upon by teacher and student, or the class will continue when the teacher and students are available again.

Should you have to stop your studies before completing your paid lessons, you will be refunded the amount of your remaining classes.
*Note: Your refund will not include the current month you are studying. You can either choose to study until the end of the current month, or forfeit the fees of the rest of that month’s classes (i.e. you will be refunded for the rest of your classes, starting from the 1st of the following month from the month in which you announce your leave).
